01 first we must copy explorer.exe to desktop or whatever safety place for disaster purpose
02 download Resource HackerTM from this link http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/
03 then install Resource Hacker and open the explorer.exe see under the picture
04 change name use following picture Ex SADA
05 complete your task you must click compile button and save it as "explorernew.exe " in windows folder
06 then type "regedit" in run menu open regedit & find the below path

open shell entry and change explorer.exe to explorernew.exe and close regedit and restart the pc
then you you should see your new Start button
